Options For Receiving Furniture After Purchase

Johnny Janosik offers two options for receiving your furntiure after the completion of your purchase: Pick Up or 5-Star White Glove Delivery. To learn more about each option, click on the buttons below

Customer Pick Up

Johnny Janosik’s offers free customer pickup at our Laurel, DE Distribution Center.

All pick ups can be scheduled once the merchandise is available. If the items are not available at time of purchase, you will be notified once they arrive via phone and/or via email if an email address has been provided.

All invoices must be paid in full prior to pick up. Payments can be made over the phone or at any store locations. The Distribution Center will not accept payments.

To schedule your pick-up, please call 302-875-5955 and enter option #2 for our Customer Care/ Delivery Scheduling Department. All pick ups should be scheduled at least 2 hours prior to items being picked up.

Upon arrival to the Distribution Center, please report to the red Customer Pickup door. You will need to bring proper identification and your original sales receipt.

Our Customer Pick Up personnel are trained to help load your furniture into your vehicle in the safest and most efficient way. Most items will be loaded in the original factory packaging to provide safe and convenient transport. Some items may require assembly.

The Johnny Janosik Customer Pickup Personnel will assist with loading your merchandise in your vehicle. You will need to bring rope and assistance for loading. Johnny Janosik will not be responsible for merchandise tied down to vehicles or any damages during transport. Our insurance regulations prohibit any tie down to the top of vehicle.

Any damages or defects must be reported to our Customer Care Department within 72 hours of pickup. All pick up items must be returned to the Distribution Center in the original packaging.

Any defects during the warranty period will be handled in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's warranty. In-home service will not be provided for items that are picked up. The item will need to be returned to the Distribution Center for repair or replacement. Johnny Janosik reserves the right repair or replace damaged/defective merchandise at our discretion. An In-Home service option may be available for your order. Please see your Sales Consultant for details.

5-Star White Glove Delivery Service

Johnny Janosik’s is committed to an exceptional delivery service through our 5-Star White Glove Delivery Service. Our professional delivery personnel are highly trained to deliver your furniture and bedding in the most effective way possible to ensure your furniture is safe and delivered on-time.

Johnny Janosik provides you with a delivery date once your furniture arrives. Time frame requests can not be accepted due to our automated routing system which will ensure the quickest and safest route for delivery. We will call prior to delivery to confirm dates and time frames. At your request, Johnny Janosik can call up to 1 hour before your delivery. (Time frames are subject to change based upon traffic and weather conditions.) On the day of delivery, you can track your delivery by going on Johnny Janosik’s website and clicking on the “Track My Order” button at the top of our homepage. We will not schedule deliveries on settlement dates. If you should find the need to postpone your delivery, you must notify Johnny Janosik within 48 hours of the delivery date to allow adequate time to make the necessary changes.

Once your delivery is scheduled, you will receive an automated call the day before your scheduled delivery from 302-364-6535 confirming your delivery date & 3 hour time frame. If an email address has been provided, we will also email you the delivery confirmation. Prior to delivery, most of your items will be opened, assembled and inspected by our Quality Control Team to ensure that your products meet our quality standards. To ensure a proper and efficient delivery, please make sure that all areas are clear and prepared to receive your new furniture. We are unable to handle any of your personal items or electronics. We do require that all entrances, hallways and stairwells be measured by you to ensure a proper fit.

Upon arrival to your home, the Johnny Janosik Delivery Team will assess the delivery area to determine the safest route to bring the items into your home. Johnny Janosik reserves the right to refuse delivery in potentially dangerous situations that could result in personal injury or property damage. In extreme weather conditions, please make sure that the driveway and walkways are cleared for safety. The delivery team will bring your furniture in, assemble and set-up in the area you choose. They will then do a full inspection and test your furniture to ensure all items meet our quality standards. Once the delivery is complete, the delivery team will take photos for quality assurance. You will have 72 hours from date of delivery to report any defects/damages to our Customer Care Department at (302) 875-5995 Ext. 2002.

With the purchase of bedding, Johnny Janosik will remove your existing mattress and foundation. The Johnny Janosik Delivery Team reserves the right to refuse removal of your existing bedding if deemed unsanitary. For other furniture removal, we suggest contacting a local charity or rescue mission. A list of local charities may be provided upon request. Johnny Janosik will not remove your existing furniture.

Extraordinary deliveries requiring hoisting or stairways may be subject to additional fees and must be reported to your salesperson at the time of purchase or before the delivery is scheduled. Johnny Janosik will provide hoisting no higher than the second floor. For hoisting beyond the second floor, please contact Able Moving at (410) 250-3111. Able Moving will provide a quote based on your location and the height of the hoist.
