What to know.

Merchandise is dropped off at an exterior location of your choice in the original manufacturer packaging. Some assembly may be required.

All merchandise is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Complimentary in-home service is not included with this option. Should you request an in-home service appointment, a $79 trip fee will be assessed.

Johnny Janosik will provide you with drop-off date options after purchase. Timeframe requests cannot be accepted due to our automated routing system, which will ensure the quickest and safest route. You will receive an automated call and email with a 3-hour window around 1-2 days before the scheduled drop-off date. Someone may call prior to that to confirm the directions to your drop-off location. You will receive a call from your driver around 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Once your date and window are confirmed, you will be able to track your drop-off online by going to our website and clicking Delivery at the top or bottom of the page.

We do not schedule drop-offs on settlement dates due to the uncertain nature of moving. Should you need to postpone your drop-off, you must notify Johnny Janosik at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date to allow adequate times to make the necessary changes. Failure to notify us at least 48 hours prior will result in a Postponement Fee of $99.

Once the drop-off is complete, you will have 72 hours from the date of the drop-off to report any defects/damages to our Customer Care Department at (302) 875-5955 x2002.

For furniture removal, we suggest contacting a local charity or rescue mission. A list of local charities may be provided upon request. Johnny Janosik will not remove your existing furniture.
