What to know.
Johnny Janosik will provide you with delivery date options after purchase. Timeframe requests cannot be accepted due to our automated routing system, which will ensure the quickest and safest delivery route. You will receive an automated call and email with a 3-hour window around 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery date. Someone may call prior to that to confirm the directions to your delivery location. You will receive a call from your delivery driver around 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Once your date and window are confirmed, you will be able to track your delivery online by going to our website and clicking Delivery at the top or bottom of the page.
We do not schedule deliveries on settlement dates due to the uncertain nature of moving. Should you need to postpone your delivery, you must notify Johnny Janosik at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date to allow adequate times to make the necessary changes. Failure to notify us at least 48 hours prior will result in a Postponement Fee of $99.
To provide a quick and efficient delivery, please make sure the delivery location has a clear path from the entrance to the desired placement area. Johnny Janosik is unable to handle personal items or electronics. We require that all doorways, hallways, and stairwells be measured by you to ensure a proper fit. Upon arrival, the our delivery team will assess the area to determine the safest entrance route. We reserve the right to refuse a delivery in potentially dangerous situations that could result in personal injury or property damage.
Our delivery team will bring your items in, finish any assembly or set-up, and place the items where you choose. They will then complete an inspection of the items including testing and taking pictures to ensure all items meet our quality standards. Should you find any damage or defect, you have 72 hours to report to it to our Customer Care department at (302) 875-5955 x2002 for repair or replacement.
Johnny Janosik is unable to remove furniture. We will remove mattresses and bases for which you have purchased a replacement with 5-Star White Glove Delivery. For furniture removal, we suggest contacting a local charity or rescue mission. A list of local organizations may be provided upon request.
Extraordinary deliveries requiring hoisting or excessive stairways may be subject to additional fees and must be reported at the time of sale or before scheduling delivery. We will provide hoisting to no higher than the second floor. For hoisting beyond that, please contact Able Moving at (410) 250-3111. They will provide a quote based on your location and the height of the hoist.
All items come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty that we will follow for your in-home service.
