Johnny Janosik offers free customer pick-up at two convenient locations in tax-free Laurel and Newark, DE. Please be aware these pick-up locations are not the showroom but are located nearby. This option is only for new items stocked in our distribution center. If you are able to purchase an item off the floor, you have the option to take the item with you.

What to know.
All pick-ups can be scheduled once the merchandise is available. If the items are not available at the time of purchase, you will be notified once they arrive at our distribution center in Laurel. If you're picking up at our Newark location, please be aware of the transfer schedule above. Pick-ups scheduled on or after a transfer day will not be available until at least the following transfer day.
All invoices must be paid in full prior to pick-up. Payments can be made over the phone or at any store location. The pick-up locations do not accept payments or issue refunds.
To schedule your pick-up, please call (302) 875-5955 and enter option #2 for our Customer Care department. All pick-ups should be scheduled at least 2 days prior than the planned pick-up date to allow for any transport from offsite locations.
Upon arrival at the pick-up location, please report to the Customer Pick-Up (CPU) door. You will need to bring proper identification and a copy of your invoice.
Our CPU personnel are trained to help load your furniture into your vehicle in the safest and most efficient way. Most items will be loaded in the original factory packaging to provide safe and convenient transport. Our team can open the packaging for inspection upon request.
You will need to bring rope, tie-downs, blankets, or any other items necessary for transport. Johnny Janosik will not be responsible for merchandise tied down to vehicles or any damages during transport by customers. Our insurance regulations prohibit any tie down to the top of a vehicle.
Some assembly may be required. We offer assembly service for $25 per piece (ex: 5pc dining sets would cost $125 to assemble with 1 table and 4 chairs). We may not be able to assemble some items due to their inability to be safely transported. Any unnecessary assembly charges will be promptly refunded.
Any damage or defect must be reported to our Customer Care department within 72 hours of pick-up. All pick-up items must be returned to the pick-up location in the original packaging. Any defects during the warranty period will be handled in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's warranty. Johnny Janosik reserves the right to repair or replace damaged/defective merchandise at our discretion. In-home service is not available for picked up items, so you should consider purchasing an extended service plan prior to pick-up.
