We realize that you will have taken considerable time, effort, and trust when placing your order.
Your patronage is greatly appreciated. Please read the following terms and conditions.
Stock Orders: Based on global supply chain issues, we cannot give an estimated time of arrival. If your order has not arrived within 12 weeks, your sales consultant may contact the manufacturer for an estimate. If you should find the need to cancel within 24 hours after purchase date, you may receive an instore credit or full refund. After 24 hours, you will receive an instore credit. Measuring to ensure the item(s) will fit is the sole responsibility of the consumer. Picked up or delivered items are non-returnable.
Custom/Special Orders: All orders are immediately placed with the manufacturer. Based on global supply chain issues, we cannot give an estimated time of arrival. After 12 weeks your sales consultant may contact the manufacturer for an estimate. Measuring to ensure the item(s) will fit is the sole responsibility of the consumer. Due to manufacture’s policies, custom/special orders cannot be cancelled or modified 24 hours after purchase.
Delivery: All orders must be paid in full before delivery will be scheduled. We do not schedule deliveries on settlement dates. If you should find the need to postpone your delivery, you must notify us no later than 72 hours prior to the delivery date to allow adequate time to make the necessary changes. Failure to postpone 72 hours prior will result in a postponement fee of $149. Two days prior to the scheduled delivery you will receive a call from (302)-364-6535 confirming your delivery date & time frame. All defects/damages must be reported within 72 hours from the delivery date.
We are unable to move any personal or furniture items. Pathway must be cleared of any obstructions and your room prepared to receive your new furniture. To ensure the safety of our delivery teams, we reserve the right to delay deliveries due to hazardous road and/or weather conditions. Extraordinary deliveries requiring hoisting or stairways must be reported to your salesperson at the time of purchase (and is subject to additional fees). Our delivery teams are required to take photos before, during and after delivery. Our delivery team reserves the right to refuse delivery in potentially dangerous situations that could result in personal injury or property damage. Johnny Janosik, Inc. is not responsible for damages in the home (i.e., floors, walls, and stairways, etc.) or property (i.e., lawns and driveways, etc.). Due to OSHA regulations, delivery teams must wear shoes during the delivery.
Customer Pick-Up: Please notify our Delivery Scheduling Department 48 hours prior to pick up. Some items may require assembly. Please bring rope and assistance for loading. Customer assumes all responsibility for merchandise tied down to the vehicle and any damages during transport. Insurance regulations prohibit any tie downs to the top of the vehicle. You have 72 hours from pick up date to report to our Customer Care Department any defects/damages. All pick up items must be returned to the pickup location in the original packaging.
Customer Care: All furniture has a one year manufacturer's warranty from date of delivery. Defective merchandise will be handled in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's warranty. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged/defective merchandise at our discretion. All warranties are void if upon inspections the merchandise shows signs of misuse and/or abuse. Manufacturer Warranties apply under conditions of normal residential usage only and does not apply to defects or damage resulting from (a) negligence, abuse, or misuse; (b) inadequate or improper maintenance, cleaning or care; (c) exposure to chemicals and/or liquids; (d) accidents; (e) any use for which the product was not designed; or (f) commercial usage, which includes rental, business, commercial, institutional or non-residential use. No service on accessories.
Service Pro Elite: Protection plans must be purchased prior to the date of delivery/pick-up.
Fees: Any collections fees incurred for any reason will be your responsibility.
Financing: Any pending service related issues on delivered merchandise is not a valid reason for withholding payment to the finance company.
Low Profile Foundation: It is up to you to purchase a low profile foundation (box spring) if necessary. If you find the need to change the foundation within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up, a $149 processing fee will be assessed.
