The sales ladies who processed the purchase were knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, the delivery service was prompt and efficient. However, the chair itself is a disappointment: The back panel is fastened down with Velcro, which doesn't work very well. So, I had to call for a repair person to come to the house: it took a number of calls until this was scheduled, and even then the repair person dismissed the idea that the Velcro tabs should have been engineered better. The biggest disappointment is the foot rest, which only extends if the chair is in a full reclining position. Given I sat in the store model chair, I could have sworn that the store model's foot rest worked both with the chair in an upright position and reclining position. But now we are stuck with a chair that is less than satisfactory: Next time I will order from Amazon.
