Welp... unfortunately the chair broke after having it for 3 days. We had 72 hours to report any defects or issues with the chair and of course on hour 76 is when the chair breaks. Luckily my husband is very handy and was able to fix it. Something was wrong with the lever that pushes the bottom part up. Still sad that the product broke within 3 days. It's not like we were abusing it either.

Product came with a whole in the arm. Our sales rep told us to use it and they will bring us a new one and take the old one away. Sitting it in once we got it in the house, put the legs up and three screws fell out underneath. Could just be a lemon but not a good feeling after two issues in 10 minutes of bringing it home. Returning the whole thing and looking for new. Our Sales rep was wonderfully amazing and apologetic. I will still be buying from her just not this product/brand.
