Construction & Warranty
Unitized frame construction with engineered wood composites using corner braces, staples, glue and mortise and tenon joinery. This construction is guaranteed to prevent warping and provide years of service.
Springs are double-clipped at each arm to prevent rollover and cross-braced with a double strand of 16 gauge wire. True, bench-made 8-way hand tied construction available on request.

Three cushion comfort options are available for special order. If no upgrade is requested, the standard cushion is our Comfort Support Cushion.
Kincaid provides a limited one-year warranty to the original purchaser of first-quality Kincaid wood furniture from an authorized dealer that the furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship as noted. Color and finish variations are natural in wood and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies under conditions of normal household use but does not apply to fading (furniture should not be placed in direct sunlight) or defects that result from negligence, soiling, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use, accident, or commercial use.
