Recliner failed to operate correctly
This product overall is quite pleasing to the eye and very comfortable. The main issue is the sensitivity to the touch panel and now one side is stuck in the full recline mode. Purchased in Sept of 2022, so I've only owned it for 4 months, extremely frustrated and feel this sofa is not worth the price. The warranty/repair department informed me that before they can help I must fill out the online form, once that is received will schedule someone to come out. They could not give me a timeframe. So I have an expensive sofa which is unusable and have to wait for repairs well why not, we had to wait well over a year to receive all our other furniture from Johnny Janosik. Would not recommend this sofa and right now would not recommend shopping there either

Excellent features
This couch has some really cool features like a fold down center console with cupholders, charging station, and lights. The power recliners in the ends are really nice, too. It would be nice if it came with instructions - the reclining features may seem intuitive but we can't figure out a couple things. Unless some of the buttons are glitchy & that's why we can't figure it out. But overall so far we are enjoying the couch.
